Shipping & Return Policy

If you make a purchase through another party, such as a gallery, please consult with them regarding shipping, exchanges and returns.

Shipping Policy: 

Shipping and handling charges vary based on dimension, height, weight and destination.  Typically between $30 and $75.  A typical order is shipped within approximately 3 business days, but may take up to 10 business days depending on the size and destination. If you need your artwork sooner, we encourage you to reach out so I can make that happen! I ship most artworks through USPS Priority. If you have a carrier preference, please email me at hencebollinger@gmail.com to let me know as soon as you've placed your order. If an item is a seasonal pre-order, an estimated shipping date will be clearly stated in the item listing. 

All shipments will be packaged according to industry standards to ensure they arrive safely, but they will always be insured for their full retail value. Buyers will receive an email with a tracking number once the artwork has shipped. All domestic orders are fully insured. 

I do not ship internationally.

Return Policy:

The sales of all works are final. Please note that each piece is one of a kind and subject to availability. Please get in touch before placing an order if you have any doubts or questions. I appreciate your understanding.

I am not responsible for the mishandling or failed delivery of items, and I am not liable for damage that occurs after your order arrives.  I work extremely hard to package items so that they arrive undamaged regardless of how eventful their shipping journey was, but ultimately, I have no control over the treatment of your package in transit.  Please file a claim with the shipper immediately if there is damage.

If your package was marked "delivered" but is nowhere to be found, you must immediately and personally contact the shipping service. They were the last ones to have possession of your package.
